McKinstry Co. , LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Controls & Governance Analyst to lead governance, controls, compliance, and testing for AP operations.

This role partners with Treasury, Procurement, and AP to strengthen the control environment and reduce risk, with on-site presence 3–4 days a week. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP/controls, a strong ability to analyze data, and experience with ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable, accounting operations, internal controls, audit or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor onboarding, maintenance, and vendor master governance processes.
• Review and approve vendor master and banking changes per controls.
• Perform periodic vendor master reviews for data integrity.
• Develop and maintain control monitoring across Bill-to-Pay operations.
• Coordinate AP-related internal and external audit activities.
• Own SOPs, process maps, control narratives, and governance docs.
