Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Controls & Governance Analyst to lead governance, controls, and process integrity for Bill-to-Pay operations. This role requires in-office presence in Seattle 3-4 days per week and collaboration with Treasury, Procurement, and AP teams.

You will own vendor master processes, monitor payments, support audits, and develop governance dashboards to reduce risk and improve control discipline. A strong ERP/testing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Operations, Internal Controls, Audit, Compliance, or Shared Services.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and control monitoring activities.
• Experience operating independently and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, controls, compliance, and process integrity activities supporting Bill-to-Pay Operations.
• Serve as the SME for vendor master governance, banking controls, audit readiness, and AP testing.
• Develop and maintain control monitoring processes and governance dashboards.
• Support ERP testing, workflow changes, and implementation readiness.
