Genesee & Wyoming Railroad Services, Inc. (GRSI) in Mesa, AZ seeks an Sr. AP Automation Specialist to drive touchless invoice processing and maintain accurate vendor data. You will support automated workflows, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and month-end close requirements.

You will work with Medius AP Automation and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, focusing on coding invoices, managing approvals, and improving process efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with AP concepts and vendor management.
• Familiarity with ERP accounts payable modules (D365 preferred).
• Experience with AP automation platforms (Medius a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timely payment.
• Manage approvals, line-mapping, and coding to correct entities.
• Monitor KPI metrics: cycle time, touchless rate, aging and discounts.
• Oversee vendor master data governance and onboarding controls.
• Support month-end close and audit documentation.
