Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Or a PhD with relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance operations.

• Perform detailed invoice audits for accuracy and approvals.
• Analyze AP data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support vendor setup and master data maintenance.
• Process payments per terms and internal controls.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Design and refine automated workflows and dashboards.
• Build vendor relationships and shift toward high-touch service.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects with an audit mindset.
