Qualifications

• Ability to analyze AP data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed invoice audits for accuracy and compliance, leveraging automation tools.
• Analyze AP data to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to leadership.
• Support vendor setup, maintenance, and onboarding controls.
• Process payments per terms and internal controls, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and aged items.
• Contribute to design and refinement of automated workflows and dashboards.
