PSEG Services Corp seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage invoice processing end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain vendor relations, support audits, and ensure SOX controls are followed.

Role requires 5+ years AP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and SAP FI knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with accounting background.
• 5 Years accounts payable experience with emphasis on processing invoices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative; teamwork, problem solving, planning and organizational ability.
• Attention to detail.
• PC/LAN skills and understanding of systems.
• Knowledge of SAP FI accounting rules.
• Compliance with 10 CFR 810 regulations.

Responsabilités

• Review invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency with check requests.
• Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve timely.
• Resolve complex invoice payment issues and provide client support on special payment situations.
• Timely follow-up with vendors and clients regarding AP issues.
• Void and cancel checks.
• Perform payment proposal and monitor payroll deadlines.
• Assist with 3rd party audit support and maintain organized files.
• Perform EFT bank request validations.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and monthly check cancellation reviews.
