Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing or a mix in the medical device industry.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and launches.
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system and reimbursement structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local marketing strategy for the Aortic portfolio in Germany.
• Lead product planning, product launches, and product lifecycle management.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Own forecasting, analytics, segmentation, and AOP activities for the aneurysm portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to align priorities and execution.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, societies, and reimbursement stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement through field activities and clinical data communication.
