Job summary

Serco is recruiting an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply security engineering processes, evaluate circuitry, and oversee anti-tamper strategies for current and future weapons systems.

Requires active TS/SCI access, a Master’s in Engineering, and 20+ years of relevant DoD experience with SAP/SCI exposure. Travel up to 10% may be required; located on-site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• An active TOP-SECRET security clearance is required with the ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP.
• Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum of 20 years relevant experience with DoD/government or DoD contractor.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes, program protection planning, and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering potential.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners to assess vulnerabilities and exploitability of electronic circuitry.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and improve anti-tamper architectures.
• Work with DoD AT Evaluation Teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in improving anti-tamper design, development, and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing.
