Job summary

You will lead cross-functional test teams and mentor junior engineers while shaping software requirements from product test needs.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 2+ years of relevant experience; 0 years with Masters
• Professional software development experience using MATLAB, C++, Python
• Current Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SAP clearance to start
• U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Test software architecture and development related to phased array testing
• Test software architecture and development for automating test processes and data analysis
• Lead test software development teams across multiple software projects
• Mentor early career engineers
• Define software requirements based on product test requirements
• Develop test plans and lead software integration efforts
• Support production test and lead troubleshooting efforts
• Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements
• Maintain sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and procedures
