Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) is seeking an RF Test Electronics Engineer for the Mission Systems sector. This 1st shift role focuses on antenna test equipment design, integration of new programs, and automated data analysis in a cutting-edge test facility.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of RF test experience, proficiency in C#, MATLAB, and related tools, and an active Secret clearance with SAP. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM with 2+ years of experience; MS also acceptable
• Experience with electrical/RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, spectrum analyzers)
• Proficient software development with languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance (SAP)
• Experience in RF/antenna test systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Design antenna test equipment for factory phased array testing
• Integrate new equipment and programs in a state-of-the-art facility
• Develop test software and automate data analysis
• Troubleshoot RF issues during testing of advanced antenna systems
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and training
• Analyze test data and identify early trends
• Collaborate with design engineering for hardware/test improvements
• Ensure cost, schedule and quality adherence
