Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Antenna Test Software Engineer to advance test software for phased array systems within our Mission Systems Sector. You will architect and develop software, lead teams across multiple projects, and mentor early career engineers.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years of experience (or 3+ with a Masters), strong Matlab/C++/Python skills, and an active Interim Secret clearance with SAP eligibility. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ Years of relevant experience; or 3+ Years with Masters; or 0 Years with PhD.
• Proficiency in Matlab, C++, Python for software development.
• Leadership experience through mentoring and/or team leadership.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Interim Secret SAP clearance.
