You will own the full lifecycle from development through production, driving schedule, cost, and performance while interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams. Up to 10% travel supports global missions.
Our Government & Enterprise Solutions (GES) team is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager – Antenna & Radome Systems to lead complex development and production programs supporting global government and enterprise customers.
In this role, you will take ownership of large-scale antenna, radome, and RF/SATCOM programs, ensuring successful delivery across technical, schedule, and financial objectives. You will serve as the primary customer interface while leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality and Customer stakeholders.
Working in a dynamic, highly technical environment, you will guide programs through the full lifecycle—from development through production and delivery—helping deliver mission-critical connectivity solutions in demanding aerospace and defense applications.
This is a full-time position based in Concord, CA with up to 10% domestic and international travel.
