Job summary

Intellian Technologies, a leader in satellite antennas and terminals, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex hardware initiatives. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle planning, coordinate engineering, product, QA, and supply chain teams, and maintain strong customer communication for ongoing support and delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget, with exposure to NPI, production readiness, and regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PMP preferred.
• 10+ years in program or project management for hardware products.
• 7+ years in SW/HW development, with satellite/radio/network experience preferred.
• Experience with NPI, ramp-up, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver hardware projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate engineering, product, QA, production and supply chain activities.
• Serve as main technical interface for customers with clear status updates.
• Drive risk, issue and corrective-action tracking across all phases.
• Mentor engineers and junior PMs; ensure regulatory and quality readiness.
