Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Antenna & RF Engineer to join the Kuiper Manufacturing team in Redmond, WA. You will design, integrate, and characterize antennas and RF front-ends, owning ADC-to-antenna RF performance for space and ground segments, and collaborating across RF, systems, and calibration teams.

You will split time between EM design, RF system analysis, and lab validation, contributing to high-volume antenna design from concept to deployment and delivering reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of antenna RF design experience.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python.
• Experience with CST or HFSS for simulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize antenna and array architectures to meet RF goals.
• Own end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through front-end to antenna.
• Use EM/RF tools (HFSS, CST, AWR) to simulate performance and patterns.
• Collaborate with calibration, software, DSP, ASIC, and validation teams.
• Define and maintain antenna specs at module, aperture and system levels.
• Support prototype builds, chamber testing and OTA validation.
• Provide design reports and present results to leadership.
• Develop and deploy code to support testing and validation.
