• Experience conducting antenna R&D in a team and ability to present to senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct multiple large antenna development projects from concept to prototype and testing.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary R&D activities in antenna development and electromagnetic analysis.
• Lead plans on complex antenna designs and contribute to future product technologies.
• Maintain liaison with colleagues and units; act independently on technical matters.
