Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University’s Applied Research Laboratory seeks a Research and Development Engineer to lead advanced antenna and electromagnetic analyses, design, and prototype development. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct research on large antenna development projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary R&D activities and prototype development.
• Lead staff and mentor engineers and technicians.
• Present papers, lead symposia, and contribute to grant funding.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals and whitepapers.
