You will lead a cross-functional pod, own technical delivery across Angular, Python APIs, and cloud-native services, and mentor engineers while hands-on in design, review, and production troubleshooting. The role emphasizes translating product direction into bounded designs, ensuring security, performance, testing, and maintainability, with a focus on delivering working results across PST

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leader with Angular 17+ and Python API experience; capable of driving complex frontend and backend work.
• Strong knowledge of real-time UI, WebSockets, optimistic concurrency and multi-user collaboration.
• Experience with AWS, container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS) and cloud-native services.
• Proven ability to translate product direction into bounded designs, service contracts and testable tasks.
• Commitment to quality: unit/integration/contract tests, code reviews and secure dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery in a cross-functional pod and contribute to design, implementation, and reviews.
• Translate product requirements into bounded designs, tasks and testable vertical slices; identify risks early.
• Set engineering standards for boundaries, security, performance, and observability; mentor engineers.
• Own product delivery with QA, DevSecOps, and ensure timely delivery across distributed teams.
