Job summary

Ceresti Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to build Angular and TypeScript experiences for our caregiver-enabled dementia care platform. If you take pride in pixel-perfect, accessible UI and a clean TypeScript codebase, you’ll feel at home here.

You will design, develop, and maintain web apps, translate clinical/UX requirements into responsive interfaces, and collaborate across product, backend, QA, design, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional front-end engineering experience shipping production web applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (2+) and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Docker for local development and production builds.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including UI-layer data debugging queries.
• Experience deploying to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Fluent in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with state management patterns (Signals).
• Solid testing with Jest/Jasmine/Karma and end-to-end frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab/CircleCI).
• Familiarity with REST and authentication flows.
• Accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and internationalization experience.
• Experience integrating AI tools and LLM APIs into web apps is a plus.
• HIPAA-regulated experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ceresti’s web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Translate product/UX requirements into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Build and consume secure APIs talking to Go backend and PostgreSQL.
• Containerize front-end services with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own front-end performance and core web vitals optimization.
• Champion accessibility to serve diverse users.
• Drive front-end architecture decisions and state management approaches.
• Collaborate daily with backend, mobile, QA, design, and clinical teams.
• Review PRs, raise code quality, and mentor engineers.
• Protect PHI across the UI and authentication flows.
