Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years healthcare experience in clinical setting.
• Experience in outpatient environments and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical capabilities in staffing or operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize daily, weekly, and long-term anesthesia schedules for physicians and CRNAs.
• Manage call rotations, vacation coverage, and leave while ensuring equity and compliance.
• Analyze case volume and staffing trends to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Utilize scheduling software (Qgenda) and analytics tools to generate reports on utilization and overtime.
• Provide leadership with actionable insights to support operational decisions.
• Oversee scheduling systems (Qgenda, AMiON or equivalent) and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to implement system enhancements and Power BI dashboards.
• Coordinate staffing across hours of operation to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
