Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Practice Manager to lead anesthesia scheduling across surgical and procedural settings. You will plan and optimize schedules for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, fellows, and residents, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality patient care.

In this role you will partner with IT, operations, and analytics teams to implement system enhancements and Power BI dashboards, while guiding staff with training and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• 2 years of healthcare experience in a clinical environment.
• Experience in outpatient settings and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and long-term anesthesia provider schedules.
• Manage call schedules, rotations, and leave coverage with equity and compliance.
• Analyze case volume and staffing trends to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Use Qgenda and analytics tools to generate reports on staffing metrics.
