Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin and Android SDK proficiency.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and shared UI libraries.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and test automation.
• Knowledge of networking stacks (OkHttp/Retrofit) and offline scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Native UI Platform: maintain and evolve the Native Component Library built with Jetpack Compose for cross-team reuse.
• Platform Infrastructure & DX: improve Android developer experience, CI/CD pipelines, and automated releases.
• Network & Reliability Layer: uphold high-performance offline-first networking and secure data transit.
• Systems & Hardware Integration: implement low-level protocols (BLE, NFC) for secure hardware communication.
• The Native-Web Bridge: enhance type-safe communication between web components and native sensors and logic.
• Architecture Evolution: evaluate Server-Driven UI patterns to balance native performance with velocity.
