Job summary

Accesa is seeking an experienced Android developer to own the Android app for IoT devices, including architecture, delivery, and long-term maintainability. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, QA and support teams to ensure robust releases.

The role requires 5+ years in Android development, Kotlin, Firebase, and Flutter/Dart experience, plus strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Android application development.
• Experience with Kotlin and Firebase Android.
• Familiarity with Flutter/ Dart and native modules (Swift/C++/Kotlin).
• Knowledge of Android IoT fleet management, OTA roll-outs and device firmware concepts.
• Strong collaboration, debugging, and incident resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Android IoT app end-to-end (architecture, implementation, delivery).
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA and support teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects and production issues.
• Support release preparation, deployment, rollout and post-release validation.
• Improve code quality, maintainability and test coverage; participate in reviews.
