Recruiting from Scratch LLC is seeking a lead Android engineer to drive the native app from architecture to production ownership. You will build secure, high-performance fintech experiences and collaborate with iOS, web, and backend teams to shape the product’s technical direction.

The role requires 5+ years of mobile engineering, deep Kotlin/Java experience, and the ability to independently own major product areas within a small autonomous team onsite.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Significant experience shipping native Android apps.
• Strong production experience with Kotlin and/or Java.
• Ability to independently architect and own major product areas.
