Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
7+ years of native Android development, shipping complex apps.
Hands-on Kotlin and Jetpack Compose experience.
Designing, testing, releasing, and supporting production Android features.
Experience in Agile delivery with sprint planning and release planning.
Ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and standards.
