Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join the Retail Onboarding and Activation team in Austin, TX. You will build customer-facing and backend apps, drive agile practices, and contribute to the SDLC with CI/CD using Bamboo, Bitbucket, and related tools.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in full stack development, strong C#/NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, microservices, and a collaborative, leadership mindset to mentor teammates and shape product roadmaps over a 12-month

Qualifications

8+ years of full stack application development experience and experience mentoring/assisting junior team developers on team.
Proven experience developing and implementing applications, particularly web-enabled applications using front-end and back-end tech.
Strong understanding of agile development practices and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Define Agile stories for new capabilities and partner with architects and business partners.
Perform design reviews and code reviews; provide technical direction.
Hands-on coding, unit testing and production issue solving; lead design and implementation of stories and bug fixes.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with product owners, leads and architects.
Contribute to product roadmap discussions and long-term planning; develop tools to increase team efficiency.
