Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 7+ years of professional native Android development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Gradle, REST APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
• Proven track record designing, building, testing, shipping, and supporting enterprise-scale Android features.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and communicating technical decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, release, and support Android features for an enterprise-scale app.
• Collaborate in Agile sprint planning, estimation, execution, and release planning.
• Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and establish engineering standards across teams.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and modern Android architecture patterns.
