Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional native Android development experience, with production-ready apps.
• Proven expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Gradle, REST APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
• History of designing, implementing, testing, releasing, and supporting production Android features in enterprise apps.
• Comfort working in Agile teams with strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, release, and support production Android features for an enterprise-scale app.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery teams with sprint planning, estimation, and release planning.
• Explain technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and setting engineering standards.
