CVS Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Android to develop, maintain and deliver Android apps within the Pharmacy Consumer Wellness org. You will work on Android features in an agile setting with cross-functional teams to create a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java, adherence to best practices, and architectural patterns while collaborating with design, product and backend teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development for enterprise-class applications.
• 3+ years of Android front-end development.
• 3+ years of experience developing for multiple device sizes (phones/tablets) and orientations.
• 3+ years of experience with the Android SDK and mobile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Developing, integrating and deploying Android applications.
• Write efficient, well-documented code with Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java in Android Studio.
• Work with MVVM, MVC, Strategy and other design patterns.
• Create core libraries, application framework and Android architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and UX to influence app development.
