Qualifications

• 3+ years developing Android Apps
• 5+ years Java experience
• Android Developer Lead experience is a plus
• Experience with project planning for large or complex projects
• Strong understanding of mobile app development from UI to backend systems
• Solid grasp of Agile tools, processes and methodology
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong organization to manage timelines and budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design and implementation of large, architecturally significant applications.
• Champion standards and best practices, driving improvements in software delivery.
• Develop specifications, design, code and unit test application components.
• Follow SDLC best practices throughout the development life cycle.
• Collaborate with Product to plan features, gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and tech choices.
