Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years software development on Android, including embedded Android and AOSP.
• 3–5 years OO programming with C/C++/Java/Kotlin.
• 2–4 years leading full SDLC work as a developer.
• 4–6 years driving innovation and solving complex problems.
• Experience with Android platform and embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of version-control tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-domain efforts for UC app solutions across framework and app levels.
• Participate in full lifecycle product development in an Agile environment.
• Gain deep understanding of existing systems to support future work and troubleshooting.
• Lead integration of in-house or 3rd-party cameras and audio devices into UC Android.
• Create proofs of concepts to guide business decisions promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve field issues, sometimes onsite.
