Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, IT, MIS, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of consulting/industry experience delivering enterprise planning, EPM, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading Anaplan implementations and enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, workforce, financial, and operational planning knowledge.
• Experience with EPM integrations, data management, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive practice growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Anaplan certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Anaplan implementations, including strategy, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead business process assessments and future-state design workshops.
• Oversee solution architecture, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and QA.
• Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and engagement delivery.
• Drive client satisfaction through governance, communication, and issue resolution.
• Develop and expand executive relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and pursuit activities.
• Support practice growth through thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives.
• Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and solution architects.
• Recruit, interview, and develop top talent across the practice.
• Meet or exceed utilization and business development goals.
• Contribute to methodology development and intellectual capital creation.
• Other duties as assigned.
