Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice.

You will work with the Transformation team from day one to help clients achieve their vision, enabling you to grow with supported resources and environment. Your day-to-day includes lifecycle implementations, requirements documentation, design, configuration, testing, training collateral, and post-production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a consulting practice serving cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Anaplan applications.
• Exposure or training on Anaplan applications.
• Knowledge of Anaplan applications.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to conduct meetings and write technical documents.
• Able to map current state processes to future state objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for deployment readiness.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, design functional/process flows, prototype, test, train, and define support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Travel as needed (up to 40%).
