Job summary

Kainos Innovative Solutions in Dallas, TX seeks a senior hands-on Anaplan Model Builder to support FP&A planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will work with Solution Architects to translate designs into scalable models and ensure reliable data flows across inbound and outbound processes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise Anaplan environments, 4+ years hands-on model building, and Anaplan Level 3 certification preferred, with strong knowledge of Lists, Modules, Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
• 8years of experience in supporting enterprise-scale financial platforms such as Anaplan.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Anaplan Model Builder.
• Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder certification (preferred or expected).

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior hands-on Anaplan Model Builder supporting FP&A use cases such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to translate high-level solution designs into scalable, high-performing Anaplan models.
• Analyze business requirements, design model structures, build and enhance Anaplan models, and resolve production issues.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Anaplan model building, including model architecture, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality reporting dashboards using Anaplan Classic and New UX.
• Coordinate with data integration and migration teams to ensure reliable inbound and outbound data flows.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of Lists, Modules, Data Hubs, New UX, and ALM.
• Apply Anaplan Space Optimization techniques and Formula Tuning to ensure efficient and scalable models.
