Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Business Consulting Senior Associate to analyze processes, define requirements, and drive remediation efforts for clients. You will collaborate with client teams to design effective solutions and ensure successful implementations.

You will serve as the day-to-day contact, maintain strong client relationships, and work with Grant Thornton teams on proposals and business development. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2+ years of work-related experience in financial management and/or consulting.
• Experience in financial services with a focus on finance.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, FP&A and financial benchmarking.

Responsibilities
