Designer Brands, the parent company of DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Business Strategy and Analytics. You will partner with leaders to turn data into actionable insights driving revenue growth, efficiency, and strategic decisions.

You will develop integrated data solutions, analyze customer behavior and value, and present recommendations to executives. Join a team focused on accuracy, impact, and continuous improvement across analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or STEM with 5+ years of experience in corporate analytics.
• Proven track record leading analytics initiatives and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience applying retail mathematics and statistics to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers accurate, timely reporting to support operations and strategic decisions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to identify analytic needs and deliver solutions.
• Acts as a subject matter expert within Customer, Marketing, and Digital, mentoring analysts.
• Analyze customer data trends and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences including executives.
• Participate in category reviews to stay informed on trends and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.
