Job summary

Designer Brands is hiring a Digital Product Manager for a fully remote role. You will drive the product strategy for digital experiences across DSW and related brands, partnering with Development, UX, and Analytics to deliver customer value and business impact.

You will own the roadmap, balance customer needs with strategic priorities, and use data to inform prioritization, testing, and measurement of success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4+ years in Product Management or Product Owner role.
• Experience owning digital products or customer-facing experiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function of an Agile team in close partnership with Development and Business Analyst.
• Define product opportunities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain and prioritize the roadmap and backlog based on value, impact, strategic alignment, effort, risk, and dependencies.
• Articulate clear stories to align stakeholders on priorities and requirements.
• Make informed decisions using consumer insights, analytics, and financial modeling to deliver results.
• Partner with UX Design to ensure optimal experiences for enhancements/optimizations.
• Lead the product team to monitor progress and share lessons learned.
• Collaborate with analytics to define testing strategy and analyze data.
