Job summary

AL-MONITOR in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead measurement, reporting, and data infrastructure. You will consolidate data from across platforms into a single trusted source, own the analytics stack from GA4 and Google Tag Manager to HubSpot and Looker Studio, and ensure tracking is accurate.

This hands-on role collaborates with development, marketing, editorial, and leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and KPI-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, web analytics, or marketing analytics in media, publishing, or digital-first business.
• Expertise in GA4 and GTM, including event tracking and data-layer configuration.
• Proven ability to build/automate dashboards with Looker Studio and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AL-MONITOR’s analytics stack, including GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and related tools.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single source of truth and maintain pipelines.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for self-serve access across teams.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
