Job summary

Weber Shandwick in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Analytics to join our Analytics & Intelligence team. You will compile and analyze data, extract insights, and tell compelling stories using in-house and licensed tools.

You will lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinate with clients and teams, and help translate data into strategic recommendations that drive marketing and communications objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant full-time analytics experience.
• Experience measuring marketing and communications across paid, earned, social, and owned media.
• Ability to automate analyses with scripting for data cleansing and data integration tasks.
• Experience with relational databases and SAS, SQL, R or Python.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinating with clients and Weber Shandwick teammates to establish partnerships and prove value/ROI.
• Create visually compelling reporting and insights that allow clients to evaluate communications, media, and site performance versus business objectives.
• Evangelize the use of data to inform decision-making at all levels internally and externally.
• Educate non-technical account team members on key requests and analysis processes.
• Participate in business development activities, including scope design, strategic analysis, slide preparation and work planning.
