Resolute Digital, a Weber Shandwick Company, seeks an Analyst to join the Analytics & AI team in Washington, D.C. You will support research, social listening, campaign measurement, and reporting across major client programs, helping turn data into actionable insights while growing skills in analytics tools and AI-enabled approaches.

You’ll collaborate with analysts and cross‑functional teams, contribute to data collection and quality control, and work in a hybrid DC office setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of internship or full‑time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or research.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for basic cleaning, organization, QA, and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Domo, Looker Studio).
• Exposure to social listening or performance analytics platforms such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Quid, GA, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
• Ability to synthesize information from various sources and communicate findings clearly in written and visual formats.
• Interest in communications, public affairs, technology, healthcare, or federal agency work.

Responsibilities

• Research and Reporting: quickly learn client industries to support analytics deliverables.
• Data Collection & Management: gather, clean, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Analysis & Insights: interpret results, identify trends, translate findings into insights and recommendations.
• Measurement Support: apply frameworks across paid, earned, owned, and influencer channels; track goals.
• Visualization & Storytelling: build charts, dashboards, and presentation-ready materials.
• Team Collaboration: work with integrated project teams and support day‑to‑day tasks.
• Project Coordination: manage workstreams, meet deadlines, document processes, and plan work.
• AI Curiosity & Innovation: explore AI tools for research and automation with quality checks.
