Based in the Voice of Customer team within Care, you will combine client experience knowledge with advanced analytics to help shape business decisions, improve operations, and enhance the advisor and client journey across the firm.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with executive-level communications and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Combine client experience data with operational, usage, and financial data to fuel positive changes.
• Expand use of Feedback Connect and communities platforms for advisors and admins.
• Deliver high quality executive communications and analysis to inform decision making.
