Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is actively hiring a Senior Analyst, Analytics in the Client Experience organization in Fort Mill, SC. You will lead firm-wide analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will combine client experience data with operational, usage, and financial data to drive improvements, build dashboards, and translate findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or customer experience analytics.
• SQL skills with the ability to analyze and combine data from multiple sources.
• Experience building dashboards (Tableau preferred).
• Working knowledge of financial services and/or customer experience programs.
• Ability to independently drive projects, communicate insights, and influence business decisions.
• Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, Medallia, or similar data and feedback platforms is preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Combine client experience data with operational, usage, and financial data to fuel positive changes.
• Analyze client and advisor feedback alongside operational and business performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Become a key analytics partner for the Feedback Connect platform and Voice of Customer programs.
• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor client experience performance and emerging issues.
• Use SQL and analytical tools to uncover trends, root causes, and insights.
• Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with multiple business units to drive customer-experience initiatives and improvements.
• Support expansion and adoption of customer feedback programs and Net Promoter System practices.
• Influence cross-functional roadmaps by providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and measurable outcomes.
