Job summary

Judi Health in a hybrid NYC/Denver/Charlotte setting seeks an Analytical Project Support Analyst to join the Analytics team. With 2–3 years of client-facing reporting experience, you will support data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights.

You will gather data requirements, create dashboards and reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance across deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics/BI or a related field.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong SQL skills; Snowflake experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with governed metric definitions and cross-functional reporting.
• Preferred PBM/pharmacy domain knowledge.
• Experience with client reporting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analytics project execution by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverables.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trends.
• Maintain documentation of query logic and methodologies for transparency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand needs and provide data support.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and update standard and ad hoc reports under senior guidance.
• Support compliance and quality control, and contribute to training and development.
