Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect to join our enterprise applications team. The role blends hands-on coding with architecture leadership to design, build, and modernize Salesforce applications supporting CRM, case management, and omnichannel engagement.

You will work on Service Cloud integrations, enterprise data flows, and scalable deployments while mentoring peers and driving best practices in a large federal-focused environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Experience as senior developer, tech lead, or solution architect on enterprise projects.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in large enterprise environments.
Security, data governance, and compliance awareness for federal-like programs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and translate requirements into architecture.
Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce development standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance CRM capabilities.
