Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant focused on CRM Analytics (CRMA) to join our team. You will lead a small team of CRMA developers, deliver dashboards, optimize dataflows, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.

You will guide a 6–10 person team, collaborate across functions, and manage high-pressure deadlines while delivering robust analytics capabilities. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Consultant.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
• Background in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
• Expertise in Salesforce Tableau and SOQL.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+).
