Job summary

University of Washington Medical Center's UW Medicine IT Services seeks a Senior Management Analyst, Analytics and Research IT, to provide high-level administrative support to the Directors of Analytics and Research IT. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing programs and projects to meet department goals.

You will manage calendars, budgets, content for meetings, and cross-team initiatives, while developing policies and improving workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ administrative experience supporting senior executives in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, editing, and communication skills; budgeting and financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Directors’ calendars, scheduling, and executive-level meeting support.
• Coordinate travel for the team and assist with procurement and vendor communications.
• Oversee multi-million dollar budgets, including tracking expenditures, license management, forecasting, and reimbursements.
• Develop meeting content and agendas for executive-level discussions and summaries.
• Monitor team performance metrics and prepare KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Draft and refine policies, procedures, and communications; manage distribution via emails, SharePoint, and Teams.
