Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks a Senior Analyst - Analytics & Reporting to drive data-driven decisions across the organization. You will develop and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and BI solutions, partnering with business leaders to translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.

This Chandler, AZ-based role emphasizes data governance, accuracy, and scalable reporting that supports growth and profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with project management and presenting findings from large datasets.
Experience with data governance, data accuracy and governance practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, analytics, forecasting, and BI solutions.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and scorecards.
Translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers for growth and profitability.
Collaborate with partners to ensure data integrity and governance.
