Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC is seeking a Managing Consultant for Quality Methodology & Analytics in the IHS practice. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in statistics, biostatistics, econometrics, mathematics, computer science, or related subject.
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven capability with analytical software; SAS and MS Excel required.
• Tableau strongly preferred; SQL, Snowflake, R or similar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS quality measure methodology (e.g., Star Ratings, HVBP, HAC Reduction, HRRP) preferred.
• Commitment to high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mine, synthesize, and analyze large data sets; identify trends and communicate results with recommendations.
• Create visualizations using Tableau and other analytic tools.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and streamlined processes.
• Conduct detailed research and summarize literature and data from various sources.
• Apply creative analytics and modeling to develop solutions.
• Audit own work and peers' output for quality.
• Collaborate in a team setting to meet client deadlines and expectations.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
