Job summary

You will translate portfolio priorities and client needs into innovative roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive AI‑enabled, data‑driven solutions that improve healthcare performance and client value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, data, analytics, or tech-enabled healthcare products.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, hospital performance improvement, analytics, and enterprise healthcare data solutions.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, release planning, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, autonomous agents, workflow automation, decision intelligence, or prototyping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for healthcare operational analytics and ODB capabilities.
• Translate priorities and client needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
• Drive discovery, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement planning balancing client value and feasibility.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics and inform investment decisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare leaders, clients, and end users to evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Analytics, Data Intake, Finance, Advisory Services and others to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support sales, marketing, client management, implementation, training and support teams on product positioning and go-to-market planning.
