Job summary

First Command is seeking an Analytics Product Manager to bridge business stakeholders with Data & Analytics teams. You will define analytics requirements, KPIs, and reporting expectations while translating business challenges into actionable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (may consider experience in lieu of degree).
10+ years delivering analytics solutions through full product lifecycles.
Experience in Financial Services, especially Financial Planning, and familiarity with industry digital trends.
Awareness of Data Governance practices and processes.
Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the delivery of data products from conception to production release.
Act as arbiter between business users and engineering for clear requirements and timelines.
Build relationships with operational teams and business stakeholders.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements.
Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams.
Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business value and impact.
Define and standardize enterprise reporting metrics and KPIs.
Support dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytics adoption.
