Job summary

Surescripts is seeking a Manager, Analytics Business Partners to lead a team that represents the business in Data & Analytics delivery pods. You will own backlog prioritization, intake processes, and stakeholder outcomes, coordinating across pods and ensuring delivery value aligns with business goals.

You will hire, coach, and manage ABPs, partner with data engineering, analytics, governance, and product management, while promoting data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, data science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, health technology, or data and analytics environments.
• 5+ years translating business needs into data and analytics solutions (e.g., product owner, analytics business partner, analytics product manager, or program lead).
• 3+ years of people management or leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with agile delivery, backlog management, sprint and quarterly planning, and capacity-based commitments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and coach a team of Analytics Business Partners.
• Define and own the enterprise intake process for data and analytics requests.
• Maintain a consistent prioritization approach across pods based on business value.
• Coordinate cross-pod work and resolve sequencing conflicts.
• Lead quarterly planning with pod leads and D&A leadership; report on demand and delivery performance.
